CLASSES

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

An initial Pilates functional movement assessment is completed to assess your movement. Also, your completed Health Waiver Form will be discussed.

PRIVATE ~ DUET ~ GROUP SESSIONS 

60minute fun and encouraging classes that assist with strengthening and stretching your body from head to toe. Watch your body get stronger through varied exercises. Classes include Mat, Reformer and Barre. All levels welcome! A private 1:1 session is advised if you want your instructors undivided attention.

ONLINE CLASSES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

PRE ~ POST NATAL PILATES 

A 30-45minute safe yet challenging session, designed to ensure safe movement and give you the confidence to move safely during the different stages of your Pre and Post Pregnancy journey. Classes involve breathing and strengthening of your pelvic floor, core and leg strength 

STRETCH & RELEASE Workshop

1.5hour session, focusing on assisting you release overall muscle tension through Myofascial Release. It will involve use of Pilates props to help stretch and lengthen the body from head to toe. It is not your regular pilates class. Usually held monthly at the weekend or upon request.

CORPORATE PILATES

Interested in providing your employees with a fitness benefit lifestyle? Promote motivation, prevent employee burnout and work stress by encouraging your team to stretch, strengthen and reduce common aches and pains by participating in a 50minute Pilates session. Provided in-house or virtually. All levels welcome.
